Sunday Worship Plan
10.30am Sunday Morning Worship
Our morning worship uses contemporary and traditional music. All ages worship together at the beginning and then the children and young people go to their groups. We try to be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit in our worship and provide prayer ministry for anyone who may feel in need of it towards the end of our worship.
Children join us for the beginning part of our worship and then have their own activities: JIM (Jesus in Me) Club for children aged 5-10 YOUTH for ages 11+ There is a créche available with a window view into the church. This area is fairly soundproof so no need to feel uncomfortable if children are noisy and there is a sound system relaying the service into the creche so parents won’t miss out on the service. We occasionally have all age worship, usually at Harvest, Mothering Sunday, Christmas and at other times too.
The first Sunday of each month includes Communion.
This is done as part of our service and all who love the Lord as their personal Saviour are invited to partake in the ‘Bread & Wine’. We have special services during the year for Easter, Harvest & Christmas. We celebrate believers’ baptism and provide a service of dedication and thanksgiving for infants; adult baptisms have been held in the river.
7:00pm Thursday evening Services
These are held once a month, the style of this worship is very informal and relaxed. Services include music, prayer, Bible study and discussion.
11.30am Monday Lunch Club Service (Monthly)
A more traditional act of worship before the lunch club which is usually held on the first Monday of the month.
